Hey folks!
Your cards will be charged for shipping on Tuesday, so make sure your information is correct, and the funds are there. (Shipping should now show up when you look at your order if you are at a physical tier!)
We will be doing as much packing and shipping as we can on the last weekend of January. Some items will arrive a week or two late, but everything should be sent out by the end of February at the latest.

This is to let you all know that we will be closing the pledge manager after the November Holidays at the end of the month.

Digital Only Tiers asking Payment Information

Hey everyone,
It's come to my attention multiple times that if you backed at the PDF-only tier and paid the amount through Kickstarter, that the Pledge Manager asks payment information anyway, even if you don't have any physical add-ons.
I assumed (wrongly) that selecting the option to not collect shipping information for the tier would also keep it from collecting payment information which will be used to charge for shipping. Obviously, that was not the case.
My apologies.
However, I personally guarantee that you will not be charged a second time. If you just backed for PDFs, no further charges will be made.
